Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 21 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unwashed and unworn.

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

  • Items showing pilling may be subject to denial.

  • Items with markings, stains, or other visible damages will not be accepted.

  • Items with strong odors (such as smoke, cologne, detergent, etc.) will not be accepted.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, socks are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Processing Your Return

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • If an exchange is requested, we will ship your replacement item once the original item is received and inspected.

Non-Refundable & Final Sale Items
